Ending of Auxano

I didn't mention it during my last blog entry, but since the start of February, I've been involved in this church internship programme called the Auxano programme. Auxano is Greek for "grow", and indeed this programme has been a time for spiritual growth for me. There were worship sessions, Bible study sessions and workshops on life issues . However, the times that really impacted me were the times of prayer and reflection during which we really thought about and reflected on our faith and spiritual walk. It was these times that really helped me to examine my faith and to see areas which I never thought of in the past.

While this internship has been a great period for me to focus on God, learn more about Him and grow deep in His Word, the internship ends at the end of this month. It's sad to see this end, but although it ends, my spiritual walk continues on, and I pray that God will help me to apply what I've learned through this programme in my life.

I'll be going overseas for almost the whole of next month. Wow long time since I ever went overseas for 1 whole month! Hopefully I'll get to update my blog while overseas, though I doubt the likelihood of that happening.
